What is Co-Education and Advantage, Disadvantage of Co-Education?

1. What is Co-Education?

:- Co-Education means the teaching of both boys and girls in the same School, College or University under the same roof.

:- Long ago there was a time when girls were not sent to the school.But now there is a great change in our thinking.Now both boys and girls go to the school.

:- But the question arises whether boys and girls should study in the same school and college.

:- As-far-as Primary education is concerned boys and girls study in the same school.

-But at high, senior secondary school and college stage the debate goes on.

:- Some people are in favour of Co-Education where as the other are against it.

:- Those who are against Co-Education say that boys and girls do not pay proper attention in studies while studying together.

:-They can fall a prey to sex.

:- But other sat that if boys and girls study together they are fare better. Thera is spirit of competition between them.

:-They work hard and schore good marks.

:- They know opposite sex better.

:- There language become refined.

:- Considering all the aspects of Co-Education is good for our country.
